Who is Piyawee Ruenjinda? |

Being raised in an academic family, our house was filled with books. It was a surprise for me to learn that some of my friends didn’t read or didn’t like reading. I couldn’t imagine what would be more fun than reading.
The most intense period of my life was from the time I was a teenager until I was around thirty. It reshaped how I see myself and the world. Dharma, teachings of the Buddha, has been my life saver. The more I practice and study, the more I appreciate and become aware of its importance to us as human being.
My work experience has been quite diverse. I learn a lot from each job, some more than others. I have been very lucky to have had great bosses. They were my mentors and friends. I am grateful to them and appreciate their help.
Friends have played a more and more important role in my life. I learned that friendship is one of the most important factors for happiness and life enrichment. My son and my husband are my best friends. And the bonus point of getting married to Steve is getting to know his friends. It was like I found a treasure.
Lucky me!
